About: Howl at the moon this Halloween weekend for the 4th annual Parade of Frights at Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard. This spooky good event puts a frightening twist on the traditional Parade of Lights events. Be sure to get there early with the kiddos for a scavenger hunt at the Channel Islands Maritime Museum.
Scavenger hunt admission at the Channel Islands Maritime Museum is free for children under 13 years of age.
