About: Oxnard Police Activities League is proud to host the 2024 International PAL Boxing Tournament. The city of Oxnard’s police activities league has a rich history of producing world champion boxers and notable fighters throughout the years. This year’s competition will feature multiple weight and age class divisions including PeeWee, bantam, intermediate, junior, youth, seniors, men’s and women’s open divisions.
